Jim, I'm not for revising history just to suit a political agenda.

Nevertheless, I don't think CBS should have insisted on "numerous last-minute alterations to the mini-series" just to appease GOP critics. It smacks too much of management decisions that won't solve the real problem, specifically the producers' willingness to portray the Reagans in an unflattering light. They should have either shown it unaltered or refused to show it at all if they're too concerned about boycotts.
