Doesn't make any sense that way and there not a bit of evidence for it (aside from that, great idea). If OBL has Arab enemies, it's the House of Saud. OBL never expressed much of an opinion on Saddam Hussein, nor any great wish to conquer Baghdad. He did, however, hate America very loudly and publically. And guess what? so did Saddam Hussein.
