It certainly is satisfying to see a dollar a share on this stock again. It has been a very long wait. I've kept my shares for a long time now averaging down from much higher prices. I sold some to cover off the expense and now these are beginning to look pretty good. I'll probably sell a few more at $10. per share unless they are paying a good dividend...then again it will depend upon how much capital gains I report for the year. Mustn't give away too much to the tax man. Good Luck to everyone.
