and why is that a difference ? those that want to watch it will do do so, regardless of what channel its on. Those who dont want to watch it will simply ignore.

NPR is reporting that "Reagan" cost CBS 9 million dollars. It struck me that the producers of this show set themselves up for this by being so blatant and ham-fisted in their efforts to slam Reagan. If they had interviewed the family, assured everybody they meant to be fair, had a script that relied heavily on historical material, they could then have slanted the film the way they wanted in the cutting room, and no one would have been the wiser til it was shown.
