Victor let me reiterate one ... more .... time
- dollar must be pegged fairly against other currencies as opposed to a 94 version of what the yuan was (then)
- workers cannot be overtaxed vs. leisure or investor class people otherwise they are overburdened

Thats what you need for a fair trade policy, do we have that? NO. Which is why trying to compete in this arena is fruitless until we clean it up.

In 1994 when Clinton was president, we had fair trade. Taxation was MUCH more fair and currencies were fair. Clinton was a fair guy overall for most US citizens, and when you are fair what happens... everybody gets rich, thats the beauty of it
