Hi Bill,

Thanks for the welcome. It's easy to say they've shot themselves in the foot, but a loaf of bread in China doesn't cost a U.S. dollar, and I can ship back an Acura NSX to Japan cheaper than I can buy one there. No big deal, it's just supply and demand and maximizing profits. Should it be legal to ship the stuff in from Canada? That's what they make tariffs for. I could make a killing bringing Canon cameras to China.... but if I had to pay taxes to do it... I couldn't afford it.

The drug companies will just find a way to push up the price until it doesn't make sense to move merchandise that way. Been done all over the world and throughout history. Government is in a can't win situation unless they impose price controls. Only difference here is that it's public money and insurance money and people are looking for a place to put the blame.

There's plenty of blame to go around with healthcare.
