When the FEeD does move, they should have a greater impact on the short term rates. From such a low FEeD funds rate of 1%ish anything upward will have a great impact on the short term rates.

You're right TLT did fall from 97 to 80 and back up to 85 now.

Timing is everything though. I wish they had a Put that went out to Jan 2005. That would be the one to buy.
