Any idea of the manufacturer of the machines in Philly that didn't work? In 2000, 4 counties that had the problem in FL had machines from the same small Arkansas company...two different companies under the same umbrella. If you can get the name of the machines, and which party was in charge of the precincts where the machines were, installing them, etc...you can research the web... Wonder if it's the same manufacturer that had the FL machines of hanging chad fame?
