Hi dvdw, I had my tech take digital pictures of the install on my Avalanche. I need to e-mail them to KVHI. It is a piece of cake to accomplish. I must emphasize the install was our first attempt and we were wanting to do it right. That being said,it was not a dificult chore - but I have highly trained techs and all the best tools. I think as we see the price of the install at $500 it should be viewed as a price bump resulting in an additional markup that mirrors supply shortage and strong demand. So far avery positive event.
