I know quite a few Chinese are unemployed who are formally in US IT business. They speak perfect Chinese, but IT employment in China is also in very bad shape. I read that some Chinese who got advanced degrees in the US and returned to China cannot even find a decent job except 2,000 Yuan/month office-clerk-type of job.
