In truth, either the insurgents are getting better organized, or this a huge, last ditch effort on their part.

i love it when the pres says something like "the more successful we're, the more the attacks will happen." i guess he will consider a complete victory when hundreds of american soldiers die everyday. last ditch effort with a shoulder fired missile, good spin.
