We have allot of demand waiting at lower prices assuming a normal Winter to 3-5% warmer than normal.

To many people dont want to consider the amount of oil burned in the last two Winters that were normal or colder than normal.

My bet as long as we see a normal Winter to 3-5% warner is that residual sets a floor that may be tested but it will hold.
