Spitzer looking at Deutsche Bank (DB, DE:804010) By Luisa Beltran
NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is setting his sights on Deutsche Bank, a person familiar with the situation told CBS MarketWatch. Spitzer is investigating the U.S. arm of Germany's largest bank for allegedly helping investors make after-market trades. The New York AG has issued a subpoena to Deutsche Bank (DB) (DE:804010) and Spitzer has not ruled out criminal charges, the person said. Deutsche Bank could not be reached for comment.
