Continued repeating idiot identification event cue.
The suggestion that existing contracts for goods and services would prevent Saddam folks from not seeking the purchase of that good or service. Of course governments are so pure in Africa that anyone there for any reason would ignore an existing contract is unthinkable. ROTFLOL....
And Saddam's book of business ethics prevents bribes or any conduct that would cause the violation of any contract as implied by Buddy McKee.
