In some ways Clinton got behind in the Lewinsky debacle. He was asked by his staff, who suggested her as an intern, if he "could get behind Lewinsky" and he said " I think so". There is no evidence so far that he did not. With regard to other candidates for the jobs, he certainly put her in front, at least once or twice. Clinton was seminal in promoting youth and the fair sex to high places in office. Apparently no place was too high, and no position too low to carry on business in the White House. You have to admire his courage, adaptability and passion for the job. In personal as well as business affairs, he showed a multi-faceted, flexible and innovative approach carrying on all manner of endeavour with a positively blithe disregard for the dangers inherent in this most challenging of areas.

We can only say he fell down in one area of and that was in observation of the natural world with regard to the environment. He lost sight of a primary responsibility of a concerned activist doing field work and naturalist studies, and that is in elementary weasel identification.

Andrew:

(OT) I see that you've joined the club of some of the best people on SI by either leaving or being banned from Isopatch's thread! <LOL>

It's difficult to have open dialogue in a fascist regime... :^)

Regards,
Howy

Andrew, I see you dealt with the pompous ass himself on the natural thread. Seems to be a lot of pompous asses around lately. Their portfolios must be hurting a tad. <g>

Frank's thread on IH is a good place to rest.
