That last one from the Washington Post-ABC poll.

So I guess what you mean is that Kerry (or Kerry-Clark) is "unbeatable" against Bush, unless the election were held today and people voted the way they told the pollsters they would vote, in which case Bush would win.

Democratic presidential candidate's wife calls debate "silly"

Boston-AP -- His wife says presidential candidate John Kerry is about to engage in another "silly" debate.

Teresa Heinz Kerry tells the Boston Herald that the nine-way debates among the Democratic candidates are a waste of time and don't help voters or candidates.

She says debates among so many people "are really unproductive" and don't enable candidates to get a message across -- and that the candidates can only try to score a punch with a soundbite.

The senator's wife says Democrats should host smaller group debates that alternate among the candidates.
