Mega Foods around here has the same thing. I made what was likely the best turkey I've ever made this weekend as a trial. Didn't want to experiment on everyone on the actual day:) Soaked it for 2 days in a salt brine. Cold smoked it for 4 hours using apple wood and then deep fried it in peanut oil.

Wowza!!
