TD Waterhouse has as good a site for options as i can imagine. Will show all calls or puts for a stock by the month you specify, and you can buy from that list without having to compute the designation like 'igtaf' Cannot get much pre-market or after-market data, usually have to wait for market to open to get good quotes or else you have to guess what they will be at the open. Yhoo Finance will give option prices, by going to 'options' located in the left-hand columm where you also find profile or estimates or charts, etc. Cant help you on the call selling idea....
