I don't doubt you he made the unsafe move, I was just thinking along the lines of if he was already in front of you. In my case, I nailed the guy square in the back end. If I had hit him more on the side or something than it would have been a different situation as I'm sure would have been yours. But back to the fact that you merely applied the brakes doesn't seem like grounds for a frigging ticket. I'd agree with XYZ, he probably wanted a closer look at you, which I can hardly blame him for <font face=wingdings><font color=red><font size=4> J
