If the GOP juggernaut can be successful in pre-censoring a tv movie about Reagan, we can expect they'll completely own the media across the board. The campaign-finance bill guarantees pure propaganda for the last 60 days of the campaign. It should be an amazing time to be in America.

As a GOP pundit said yesterday about the television networks, "It's not a good time to piss off the Republican Party", since they're in control of Congress, Executive Branch and the FCC.

The polarization may be GOP vs Dems, but it will be more accurately described as being between those who watch the media, and those who don't. The latter will wonder what's wrong with everyone else, who will be in lockstep speaking the identical catch-phrases.

Maybe not on the order of "Bring 'Em On! Kill a Terrorist for Christ!", but the current "Bring the fight to the terrorists!", "It's cheaper to spend $300 billion in Iraq and the new invasion of Iran than to have another 9/11!", "We must learn the lessons of 9/11!", in response to every question.

The exception will be those who are opposed to the administration and who still watch the media, and just get angrier and angrier.
