They aren't all free yet, some are in transition to becoming free,...but they aren't loose or without morals! They aren't all junior miners either, lots of biotech, oil and gassers, some industrials, techs, financials. The only common thing among them is they are all listed on Canadian exchanges so I can use Canuck Loonies and Canadian Tire money to buy them. As far as believing in junior miners, I learned some time ago, and had it confirmed by you many times, that trusting and believing in some/many/most of your colleagues is hazardous to ones pocket book.
