Don't really know what would have happened had Bush a different troop deployment plan in Afghanistan than he eventually had. Don't really know what would have happened. Don't think anyone really knows - certainly not friggin' you. Is W intelligent? Well, he beat Al Gore and is always a step ahead of liberal morons. So, the guy is obviously smarter than you. I am no Bush fan - in fact sometimes I don't even like the guy. But he is the President and he has done nothing wrong. He is the leader of our country and I think he has the country's best interests at heart. So I will not ridicule him, demoralizing our troops by disparaging their Commander-in-Chief. Bush is a great guy and we owe him our loyalty.
