Let me talk slowly. Could it POSSIBLY be that Cheney's "deferred compensation" amount could be related to the amount of business he brings in? Can you understand that? Can you also understand that under Gov't procurement rules, you are SUPPOSED to have competitive bidding. For Halliburton, although there were other companies that WANTED the business, they didn't do it. Can you understand that is NOT in the best interests of the country?
