Ted, good job on IVAN. Yeah, I still have NGAS. Forgot whether I sold and bought it back, or whether I never sold it in the first place. Ah well, it's still slightly in the green for me.

I've just taken another look at IVAN myself, and I'm considering buying a small position now, then doubling up on any pullback.

By the way, has your near-term outlook on natural gas stocks changed any, or are you just itching to take profits?

I am not as positive because too many of the stocks are in consolidation periods and seem to have little incentive to breakout. The economy is on the mend and the recent GDP number seems to support that fact but the energy sector is not seeing the demand. I think I posted to the thread a TSC article that addresses that very issue. Did you see it?

As for the NG stocks, I think they are consolidating because there is not an increase in demand. Right now, the exceptions are IVAN and to a lesser extent KCS and MSSN.

As for buying IVAN at these levels, be careful. Today could have been what's called a blowoff top. Volume was huge for a small stock............38 million. It could also mean big news is on the horizon. If you buy tomorrow, put in tight stops in case it reverses.

Ten, don't sell your NGAS just yet. With several NG stocks today, buyers came in near the end of the day and bid the stocks up. This week is expected to be the first week of negative injections into storage. This could mean a ramp up in NG stocks.
