Immigrants need to be legalized to avoid these tragedies. It is not possible to continue losing lives that are precious for the progress of the US.

Congress, instead of approving USD87.5Billion to Iraq and Afhganistan should be approving this funds to an umbrealla program to bring in the immigrants to the US.
