HI BWAC,

OFF TOPIC

Sounds beautiful to just know it is yours.

Land developers are "chicken thieves".They'll pay you what the trees are worth and get the land for free.

Good to know where the market is tho.

After that new developement is finished - your higher property will appreciate.GG

Hardwoods are the new rage in Southern Wisconsin (where my mom resides-Red maple.I'm wanting to plant some shagbark Hickory next spring.Available from the state nursery.

Going to add a tree/shrub fenceline around the 48 acres to encourage animal cover and feed.

Preliminary preferences are Shagbark Hickory,Dogwoods and Wild grape.Driveway with White Cedar/Junipers.

Should be fun and beautiful with time.

Leave it a little nicer than it was when you started life.A rare event.
