I hope this sort of rant ( siliconinvestor.com. ) doesn't give people ideas about what constitutes a proper response.

Just as I hope that this thread hasn't suddenly decided to provide sanctuary to obvious and deliberate propaganda.

I think it's JUST AS REASONABLE to assert that Jacob is not of a certain generation as it is for him to assert that terrorists are "patriots".

That statement by Jacob was incredibly inflammatory.. Asserting those people who are responsible for backing a government which killed hundreds of thousands, and who now area targeting innocent Iraqis, the Red Cross, and US troops are patriots certainly defies the definition of the word.

Only these terrorists themselves, and those who actively support them, could possibly delude themselves into believing they are patriots.

And if that's how they feel, then I guess I can credibly assume the values of those who fought against such tyranny in WWII.. (greatest generation)..
