qt....That is important to me..... Getting in and out of Mission bay/China Basin by auto is a problem with 80 always full during commute time. Then again rail transit is right there and I heard something about starting ferry service to China basin channel but I don't know where that stands today. Hell if I can afford 1m+ for a condo I don't expect to be commuting during rush hours anyway. It ain't going to happen for sometime let me tell ya, more than likely never. I just like the dream of living near the ball park and a marina.
