Other than some innocuous contrived lines of dialogue, what do you feel are the distortions "revealed" by someone who admits he hasn't seen the film. What parts of the story he cites are untrue?
Many people feel Reagan was an acting tool of behind the scenes handlers just like Bush is.... I also notice that your author doesn't say whether the movie includes Reagan's reliance on Nancy's astrologer to help make some of his decisions... And Nancy did, at first, buy that new china...after the public outcry, "friends" paid for it just as "friends" paid for their retirement home. Also, was there any mention of the 2+ million Ronnie got from the Japanese for a couple of 20 min speeches after he left office. Is all of this a distortion too?
And btw, I don't recall Reagan getting the blame for the spread of AIDs....I do recall RW talk show hosts making fun of it as simply a gay problem....

And what's with the story that Reagan had poor eyesight at age 30 and couldn't join the regular army.... I don't recall him ever wearing glasses on a regular basis..at age 30 he would have been nearsighted, I think, and would have required glasses all the time. I may recall him wearing reading glasses during his presidency...and hearing aids...and hair dye....
