Check this case out. This is the guys 7th DUI. There is a list of related links in blue that will take you back to December of last year. The guy sounds very remorseful and genuine in footage I've seen on the news. In virtually all respects this guy was a good citizen. But last December (after 6 dui's) he became a killer. There was just no question but that a major sentence had to be given. But everybody lost in this case. A child was killed, an otherwise productive citizen goes to jail and we pay to put him there. Somehow we have to figure out a way to prevent DUI #1 from becoming DUI #7/man slaughter. channel3000.com
