Clinton DID deny Saddam the capacity for achieving missile attacks. He bombed every single suspected hiding place and apparently wiped them out. We put a lot of ordnance down on those targets. Apparently it worked.

There is no evidence Saddam ever destroyed his own missiles except for the ones Blix made him hand over. Yet people like COndi Rice were running around last year telling us Saddam had the capacity to launch missiles at European capitols. Just big fat lies with not even faulty intelligence backing that up.
