No posting right-wing character assassins stuff. that is the typical BS about Kerry after the war, written because the right-wing fears him so much. Ask yourself what Bush was doing in 1972? Going AWOL, drinking, banging up a girl, snorting cocaine, avoiding the war and any other responsibility. Kerry meanwhile had already won the Silver Star, three Purple hearts and was so feared by Nixon that he even mentioned him on the Watergate tapes as someone to contend with. All before Kerry was 25.
