One indicator that accurately signalled the market bottom last fall still is flashing green. That indicator is junk bond spreads from treasuries. These spreads have dropped a lot the last year, but still are well above the levels seen in the late 1990s.

Bottom line -- junk bonds still acting extremely well. Much better than investment grade stuff. I doubt stocks go down much until junk bonds hit the skids.
