I agree with your perspective when we are talking about human entities. Murder is a term that must be dealt with also, since it only applies to the unjust killing of one human by another human. The problem here is that by Karen's definition an entity becomes qualified as a human by a legal status of citizenship, my definition for a human is to qualify it by soul involvement. Her's is easy to distinguish, mine requires us to regard all beings from conception to death as having some degree of humanness unless or until we can determine the absense of a soul. My definition is the one that brings irresolvable dispute between believers and non-believers.
