Bernard, ALVR's report looks ok. Top line better than expected, bottom line at consensus and they increased guidance for the next quarter.

CSCO's report should help the techs and telecoms this morning.

...and looking at other sectors, from WSJ: <Crude-oil futures prices soared 5% on the New York Mercantile Exchange, reaching as high as $30.38 a barrel after the U.S. Department of Energy reported surprise draws in distillate and gasoline inventories. Light, sweet crude futures on the Nymex for December delivery rose $1.55 to $30.30 a barrel -- a level not seen in more than a week. Its intraday high hasn't been seen since Sept. 24.>
