Americans are in love with greed and the dream that they too one day may enjoy the fruit of that tree...or if not, they can watch it on TV with chips, dip and a six pack....
that too will change, but not yet....

yep, put that together with the recent big inflow data and the picture is anything but bullish -- they are shovelling it in as fast as they get it, and not getting that much of a rise for it.
