The odds of an outside reversal day tomorrow are pretty high. A lower close on high volume would seal this for a month or so if not for a lot longer. If we close higher tomorrow on volume than the Nasdaq could see 10% more.

A stock like KLAC has rallied back on lower volume than it fell on after it missed earnings. This is the case with EBAY and AMZN as well. KLAC is right at the downtrend line out of the Spring 2002 highs. If it breaks out then $70 is likely.

Either way this can not last more than a few days. I doubt that we can close over 10K on the DOW but if we did it would be extremely impressive.

If the numbers tomorrow are 6.0% than we should tank hard.

I have a couple of core short positions but keeping a lot of powder dry
