Cheney said Saddam was within 1 year of having nukes on Tim Russery. Many months later he retracted the comment saying he had "mis-spoke". He was deliberately lying and he did so many times, about Al Qaida Saddam connections too, also on Russert repeating the debunked story about Atta meeting Iraqi intel in Prague. Was total BS and he knew it. Cheney is a crook with zero remorse. The sooner you realize that the wiser you'll be.
