That whole pathetic episode from CBS ought to prove to anyone that the mainstream press is nothing but a Democrat propaganda mill.

For more: Given yesterday's historic GOP gubernatorial victories in KY and MS, what would you expect to be the front page headline of the Washington Post, the nation's political newspaper of record?
"Historic Mid-term Election Voice Support for Bush"?

Nah...

The Washington Post banner headline proclaimed victory for a little-watched, largely anonymous (until today) D.C. suburban county's executive -- a Democrat. "Connolly Triumphs in Fairfax."

The real election news of the day, in MS and KY, were buried on page A-15.

The Washington Post[al]. It's becoming a parody of itself.

Its long-time advertising slogan, "If you don't get it, you don't get it," not only smacks of elitist insider-ism, it became a joke among my friends and me when I lived in the D.C. suburbs. It was delivered each morning in a sturdy plastic bag, which Washingtonians customarily save and re-use for necessary purposes in the course of walking their dogs.
