Power exceeds pre-war levels, children are in schools, businesses are opening at a fast pace, hospitals are opened and modernizing their equipment, increasing numbers of Iraqis are taking over security and administrative posts, oil production has been brisk, and most security problems are within the Sunni triangle. Obviously, they need greater security, and the rebuilding of the country after years of sanctions and war is just beginning. But it looks pretty good........
