The BATF is still in business, so you know they continue to make arrests or try to entrap people when they can't find anything else...all in order to justify their existence. They always tend to entrap those without prior felony records, because going after to felons...is too dangerous. This was in the words of a former informant to BATF who was quoting what agents told him. Their goal is to catch the safe law-abiding in trickly grey areas of the law or other technicalities. For example the number of firearms you can sell a year and not be a business is not in the law, not in the Federal Regulations...its hidden away in a BATF policy memo. They hide it, to catch the innocent.
