You don't make an argument against what I said you just cast aspersions against my credibility with nothing to back them up.

As for ignoring what you said the only actual point you made that supported "some of it is mandatory", was not in the post I responded to. I did respond to that point, both before your bought it up (when I said "payments on debt are a partial exception to this") and as a direct reply to the post where you mentioned it.
