I have no insider information. I have been in this now for 4 years so this is my insight, right or wrong. I think they almost had something in place to remove the $275k K-W Machines judgement. Understand this is more than a debt, they could have come in and seized eguipment anytime, it fell through. So now the only way to avoid this is bankruptcy or mitigation. I think they delayed filing to work something out, not sure why. The officers, Tim, Bob, Geoff and his wife have enough personal wealth to borrow $275K and even now the book value of the company is about 1 million dollars of which they own more than 55% plus that's how they make a living. Will they do it who knows? I think yes.
