How about RTI as a titanium producer that recently broke out of a nice base? It should be a slow but steady riser, and titanium will certainly have a hand in a rising economy.

We can add it next time there's room in the folio.

As well as a shipping stock, could be time to add a drilling/OSX stock also. I picked up some GW at 3.22.(probably could have been more patient, but have to split some wood<g>);;^)DD
