We all die. What seems to have leaked from your mind is that the PBA procedure is killing the baby.

Let me guess, one in which the Dr is not killing the baby.

We don't know that. One of the options in some or many cases may well be live birth.

Or operation on the infant in the womb to save it.

I suspect we both lack information here.
