Wait until the election when all the minority judges the Dems shot down are displayed in negative TV adds with the Dems saying none of these minorities are qualified for the bench. That will play well to minority voters...not. Judicial activism which is the nice way of saying illegally usurping legislative powers is a dangerous thing that has the potential to make the US Constitution and State Constitutions of less value than used toilet paper. One Dem went as far as to call the latest african american nominee a racist..can you imagine?
