Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn, because he didn't do it. If he had, that would be another thing. If what you say is true, and I'm sure neither of us knows for sure, then we were all saved a lot of pain by Monica- and we can only lament the fact that Bush hasn't found his own little Monica to play with, so he wouldn't have had to play with our poor men and women in uniform for so stupid a war.

Clinton carried out a sucessful foriegn policy even in the midst of trumped up crisis about his personal life. There is not a single solitary action that you could point to in foriegn policy that Junior has not made worse in the last few years.
