The interesting thing that I learned was that the recording is on the label side and not on the back. Should have determined that from having a collection of 45 and 78 records that I can't part with.

Printer Enigma:

Sometimes when I select File - Print, I get a screen that offers me the choice of printing ODD or EVEN pages.

Most of the time, however, I get a screen that only allows me to select the pages, e.g., I could get odd pages only if I manually type in "1,3,5,7,..."

I vastly prefer the former system, because it greatly simplifies the process of doing 2 sided printing, as it also has a "Reverse pages" option, so I don't even have to recollate the pages.

The problem is that 90% of the time my system defaults to the suboptimal second print menu. Does anybody know why this happens and how I can change it?

Thanks in advance,
Sam

[PS: I am using Windows ME with a LaserJet 5MP]
