PKZ got hit by concerns over a minor disagreement with a Kazak bureaucrat. The 31 M$ antitrust claim will almost certainly be tossed out in court (as similar claims have been before), but even if it stands, the impact on PKZ would be negligible.

The problem is that PKZ heard about the claim through the grapevine long before it received formal notice. The latest dip occurred because a Canadian securities regulator is questioning why PKZ didn't disclose the claim as soon as it learned of it. I think the sell-off is a severe market overreaction.

FWIW, I'll be waiting to play the bounce with PKZ calls.
