Hi Joe

There are shorters who need a price decrease to make money, and then there are shorters who hedge locking in money already made.

During the Oct 15-31 time period, the average price was 1.33 on 6.3 million shares traded, below our current price.

IMHO Despite the 4 month hold period on shares converted from the warrants, I think some subscriber of the latest PP (to the tune of about 1mm shares ) has hedged.

I also believe the PP had a few hickups along the way, evidenced by the length of time to close, the chart action since jul, mid sept, then mid october.

I also believe much of the selling from July onwards was to get the price down to 1.20 to effect a 1.00 price, most of these (unlikely) sellers ie CIBC will probably refill their share holding with subscriptions from the PP.

The recent surge in daily share volume to TSE levels is good news. 1. More institutions are working DMX. 2. TA will become more revealing. 3. And, Liquidity! which is better for the traders. Any ways, I hope the volume of trades stays at this level, much better than 20k per day.

Have a great evening.
